• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 med Ripe bananas
• 1/4 c. Honey
• 1/4 c. -hot water
• 1 x Egg
• 1/4 c. Oil
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tsp Poppy seeds, (optional)
