  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Salad oil
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 1 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
  • 1 jar baby food plums, junior-size

Directions

  1. Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in oil, Large eggs & plums, stirring well. Add in nuts. Mix well, but don't beat. Bake in greased bundt pan in a non-preheated oven at 325 for 1 hour.
