Ingredients

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)

Directions

  1. Mash the avocado. Add in all other ingredients.
  2. If you are taking this spread with you to someone else’s house, place in plastic container and place plastic wrap against surface of avocado spread before you close container
