Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix first five ingredients together with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Roll out ½ of the dough on a floured surface and place in greased and floured pie pan.
  3. Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and butter and place inside crust. Roll remaining dough for second crust and place over apples. Trim and pinch edges together. Cut four slits in top to let steam escape.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Mix together by hand the flour, sugar, baking powder butter and egg. Pat ½ of the flour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Pour the berries on top of the flour mixture. With remaining flour mixture, make crumbs with your hands and sprinkle over top of blueberry layer. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top.
  6. Bake for one hour.
