Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Saute/fry minced onion. Add in minced red bell pepper, frzn lima beans, cooked ham.
  2. Make sure all is combined.
  3. Add in to skillet: corn and chicken stock. Continue to saute/fry for 2 min more.
  4. Add in grnd turmeric, crushed red pepper, salt & pepper (to taste).
  5. Add in pasta to skillet. Combine all and serve immediately.
