Hi Paul or John or ?, I'm brand new to the site and have about 2 years experience with the Nu Wave. As far as I'm concerned you just can't beat the nu wave for cooking Turkey Breast and Whole Chickens.
now I would like to do a whole Ham but can't find out anything about cooking a Ham in the Nu wave.
The ham would be either a 12 to 14 pound spiral ham or 10 to 12 pound whole Ham. Do you have any advice for me ? Barry
