About me

I am a baking fanatic, but recently had to cut it down, because I eat too much of what I make! (Have to "test" it to make sure I am not feeding anyone slop!..Ahem...) Then I decided to look for low-carb desserts and sweets online, since low-carb eating has always lead me to good health and weight loss. Whenever I get off the track, I tend to gain quickly. So I was encouraged to find this web-site, and Carolyn's posts for diabetic eating. Along the way, I have been finding recipes for other goodies that I like, for dinner as well as desserts. This seems like a great site.
