I am a stay at home dad that recently moved to the Bay Area from Upstate New York. My time in the kitchen is spent experimenting with Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine with 80% of my dishes being made on the fly with no real recipes. I like to go the extra mile making many of my ingredients from scratch, including making my own tofu, cheese, and grinding many of my own spices. I also am an avid organic container gardener growing as much as I can while being sure not to grow anything I am unable to use or share.
I have no formal training in cooking I really just think its in my genes. My grandfather was my grandmothers chef in WW2, and my father owned restaurants before his passing.
