yeast pancakes (bliny) Recipe

I cook these pancakes for breakfast on weekends, when I have time,
They obtained a lot prettier ordinary pancakes and taste slightly different,
My children love them dearly

can use a different flour (buckwheat, oats, rye)

  2. fry pancakes, both sides - the first time adding a little oil in a frying pan,
  3. second and more pancakes you can bake without adding oil
  4. eat hot with sour cream \ caviar \ jam
