Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seedless white grapes
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint sprigs
- 750ml (3 cups) white wine
- Ice cubes, to serve
- 125ml (1/2 cup) soda water, chilled
Directions
- Place the grapes, lemon, lime and fresh mint sprigs in a large serving jug. Add the white wine and ice cubes, then the chilled soda water.
- Give a quick stir to combine then serve the spritzer immediately in tall glasses to arriving guests, or better still, to the cook.
