Directions

  1. In saucepan combine lowfat milk, honey, oil and salt. Heat till hot.
  2. In large mixer bowl, combine all-purpose flour and yeast. Add in liquid. Beat 3 min with mixer. Stir in whole wheat flour. Knead 5 min. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide in half and use as follows:
