Ingredients

  • Inspired by Emeril’s Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, optional
