So this is for Josh because he asked a bunch of times and I never got it to him.

Directions

  1. Mix the brandy, triple sec, and sugar til dissolved. Soak the fruit in this for as long as you want to and chill.
  2. In pitcher put the fruit mixture. Add wine and gently mix then chill if possible. Top off with chilled sparking water before serving and gently mix again. Pour over a few (2-3) ice cubes in a glass. (if the mixture is chilled enough you won't need much ice cus it just waters the drink down.)
  3. Comments: You can omit the triple sec and add extra brandy. You can also add another 1/4 cup of sugar if wine is dry or you like it sweet. There is sugar in both triple sec and apricot brandy so you may want to experiment with this. Add as much of as little fruit as you want to as well. This can also be made with regular wine, but it won't be as fizzy.
