  • 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken pcs
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Sauterne (dry white wine)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. dry parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed

Directions

  1. Place chicken parts in deep casserole. Mix other ingredients together to make a sauce. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Serves: 6 to 8.
