  • 1 pkt Kraft Mac & Cheese dinner
  • 1 c. Leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Green pepper, opt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Use a 2 quart. casserole. Mix everything together but onion rings. Microwave on high 16 min, covered, stirring halfway through. When done, put onion rings over top and let stand covered a few min before serving.
