Ingredients

  • 1 x minced onion
  • 2 tsp (s) dry tarragon
  • 1 1/3 c. (s) chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. (s) dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. (s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 x Clove(s) crushed garlic
  • 4 x chicken breast
  • 2 x minced,steamed carrot
  • 3 Tbsp. (s) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. (s) cornstarch

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in Pam cooking spray or possibly a little oil. Add in chicken and cook for 5 min. Add in carrots and cook for 1 minute. Then add in the rest of the ingredients except cornstarch and 1/3 c. chicken broth. Simmer 20 min, covered. Use cornstarch mixed in chicken broth to thicken sauce.
