  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
  • 1 pound grnd beef, browned
  • 1/4 c. dry rice (to be sprinkled over top)

Directions

  1. In an 8 or possibly 9-inch baking dish, layer above. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
