Ingredients
- 2 c. coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions
- Makes 2 pies.
- Spread 1 c. of coconut in each unbaked pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients by hand. Pour mix over coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
