  • 1 can dry beef
  • 12 pcs chicken breasts
  • 12 pcs bacon
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. herb rice

Directions

  1. Place pcs of dry beef about 3 inches apart all around bottom and sides of pan. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon and place on top of dry beef.
  2. Make a mix of celery, mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream. Pour this over top of whole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Cook rice as directed. Serve over rice.
