Ingredients
- 1 cut up frying chicken
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 c. mashed potato flakes
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. Dip chicken in mix of egg and water. 2. Heat butter in shallow baking pan. 3. Roll chicken in dry potato flakes. 4. Place chicken skin side up. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Turn chicken at the end of 30 min if chicken is brown.
- Special idea: Tator dipped fish. Bake as you do chicken. Add in lemon juice to butter. Bake fish only 25 to 30 min turning only once.
