Ingredients
- 175 gm tuna flakes
- 135 gm creamed corn
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
- 1 large egg
- 6 slices white bread
- 1/3 cup oil
Directions
- Pour tuna and corn into a mixing bowl
- Add the chopped parsley and egg.Mix well
- Cut crusts off bread
- Spread mixture on bread slices
- Cut bread slices into triangles
- Heat oil in a fry pa.When it is hot,put in a few triangles
- when they are golden,remove them onto a paper to drain
- Cook the rest of the triangles in this way.
