Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Paprika
- 4 tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans frzn pineapple-orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
- Sprinkle paprika on chicken breasts. Heat up pressure cooker. Put in oil; when warm, add in chicken. Combine juice, butter, ginger, and soy sauce; heat till blended.
- Put sauce in pressure cooker. Close securely. Put pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 10 min. Serves 4.
