  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Paprika
  • 4 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 (6 ounce.) cans frzn pineapple-orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Sprinkle paprika on chicken breasts. Heat up pressure cooker. Put in oil; when warm, add in chicken. Combine juice, butter, ginger, and soy sauce; heat till blended.
  2. Put sauce in pressure cooker. Close securely. Put pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 10 min. Serves 4.
