This is a great cold weather soup that everyone loves. Doesn't have a lot of 'I don't like that' ingredients.
Cook up quick and very inexpensive !!

- 2 pkgs. Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry Mix

- 1 can Ortega Green chilies chopped
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 3 cans diced tomatoes ( 1 can blended to pureeâ)
- 3 cans of water
Directions
- Brown Gr. Beef , drain. Add chopped onion cook for 5 minutes then add taco seasoning, dry ranch, beans, corn , tomatoes, and water.
- Serve with Tortilla chips, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream on the side. People like to create their own combination of stuff. I sometimes serve with chopped green onions.
- When I serve it I usually tell my guest to crumble up their chips in the bottom and ladle the soup over them.. then add their condiments
