Name: Sweet Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients: 2 lbs. grnd twice stew meat; 1 c. corn flake crumbs; 2 T chopped dry onion; 1 1/2 T garlic pwdr; 1/3 c. parsley flakes; 3 T soy sauce; 2 large eggs; 1/3 c. ketchup; 12 ounce jar chili sauce; 16 ounce can jelly cranberry sauce; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 1 T soy sauce; 1 T teriyaki sauce (opt.)

1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 T chopped dry onion
1 1/2 T garlic pwdr
1/3 c. parsley flakes
3 T soy sauce
2 large eggs
1/3 c. ketchup
12 ounce jar chili sauce
16 ounce can jelly cranberry sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 T soy sauce
1 T teriyaki sauce (opt.)

Directions

Mix together ingredients for meatballs. Roll into 1" to 1 1/2" balls and layer in a roaster pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix well sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Put covered roaster in oven and bake 1 1/2 hrs. May use pork instead of beef.
