Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 c. Potatoes, sweet, mashed, cooked
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- Â Â ds Pepper
- 5 Tbsp. Butter (or possibly marg.), melted, divided
- 1/2 c. Marshmallows, miniature
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
Directions
- Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, and 2 Tbsp. butter; stir in marshmallows. Chill. Shape into balls, using 1/4 c. potato mixutre for each.
- Combine 2 Tbsp. butter and honey in small heavy skillet; add in potato balls one at a time. Using 2 forks to make handling easier, quickly coat each with glaze. Roll potato balls in pecans, and place in a greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with remainig butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
