Directions

  1. CABBAGE ROLLS: Boil cabbage leaves till limp. Combine egg, lowfat milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice. Divide into 6 portions.
  2. Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, mix in sides and roll over.
  3. Place in slow cooker pot.
  4. SAUCE: Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls in slow cooker pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs.
  6. Notes: Family favorite
