Summer Vegetable Mélange, II, new barn door Recipe

Ingredients

  • It escalates to several pounds of green beans every day and five or six summer squash. (I cut the chard back when the rest start producing.)
  • 1 small yellow summer squash, halved and sliced
  • 5oz (150gr) green beans, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 4oz (120) chard leaves, sliced
  • 4 shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbs water
