- 1 x clove garlic peeled
- 1 pkt frzn minced spinach (10 oz) thawed
- Â Â and squeezed dry
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 lb tofu silken
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dsh sesame oil optional
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process till smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve with raw vegetables.
