Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar; 1 c. Thick lowfat sour cream; 1/4 c. Cool water; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 c. Cake flour; 2 x Large eggs, well beaten; 1 c. Uncooked pitted prunes; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Cloves; 1 tsp Nutmeg

Ingredients

1Â 1/2 c. Brown sugar
1 c. Thick lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. Cool water
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1Â 1/2 c. Cake flour
2 x Large eggs, well beaten
1 c. Uncooked pitted prunes
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

Combine Large eggs, sugar, cream, and water. Mix well. Sift flour, measure 1 1/4 c., and sift with baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add in to first mix. Beat thoroughly. Add in prunes that have been cut in small pcs and dredged in 1/4 c. of the sifted flour. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) about 45 min.
