  1. Combine Large eggs, sugar, cream, and water. Mix well. Sift flour, measure 1 1/4 c., and sift with baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add in to first mix. Beat thoroughly. Add in prunes that have been cut in small pcs and dredged in 1/4 c. of the sifted flour. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) about 45 min.
