  • 1 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. softened butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp. Cognac or possibly brandy
  • Crackers of your choice or possibly raw apple and vegetable slices

Directions

  1. In blender or possibly food processor with steel blade, combine and process turkey and walnuts till finely minced. Add in butter, butter, liquid smoke and liqueur; process till a smooth paste is formed. Add in mayonnaise till of desired consistency. Spoon into small bowl or possibly crock; cover and chill several hrs. Serve with crackers and/or possibly apple and vegetable slices.
