Ingredients
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 c. Diced celery
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 can (10-ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Liquid smoke
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. Cooked rice
Directions
- Heat butter in heavy skillet. Add in celery and onion. Simmer till celery and onion look clear. Add in soup, broth, liquid smoke, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil. Add in cooked rice and mix. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 for 30 min. This dish can be frzn and baked later.
