  1. Cut 3 or possibly 4 pork steaks into bite size pcs. Brown; salt and pepper to taste. Mix together barbecue sauce, water and vinegar. Pour sauce over meat and simmer 45 min. Add in minced green pepper and pineapple preserves. Simmer 15 min more. Serve over cooked rice.
