Directions

  1. SAUCE: Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, pepper sauce and salt in bowl. Add in scallion and parsley. Cover, chill at least 1 hour or possibly up to 2 days.
  2. SHRIMP: Bring 3 qts of water to boil. Add in shrimp, salt, and bay leaf. Boil 1 to 2 min, till pink and cooked through. Drain in colander, run under cool water to stop cooking. Drain, place in bowl. Cover, chill till ready to serve with sauce.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
