I rarely calorie splurge on croissants but do so love them. This creamy, salad version of a BLT includes shrimp and served in a croissant is a favorite, occasional indulgence!

Directions

  1. Chop the shrimp coarsely.
  2. Mix the shrimp, tomatoes, bacon and mayonnaise.
  3. Slice each croissant.
  4. Cover each croissant with a lettuce leaf.
  5. Divide the mixture between the four croissants and cover with the top.
