Ingredients

  • 500 gm Cool roast beef, shredded (1lb)
  • 300 ml Salcita de Jitomate, (cooked tomato sauce), recipe on site ( 1/2 pint)
  •     Onion rings
  • 1 slc Lime or possibly lemon

Directions

  1. Mix the shredded cooked beef with the Salcita, garnish and serve cool with white rice, a tossed green salad and hot, soft tortillas.
  2. To serve, place some of the meat in the centre of a tortilla, roll it up and eat it with the other accompaniments.
