Directions

  1. Cook onions in boiling water for 10 min. Cook potatoes till almost done. Use very small potatoes or possibly cut large ones into pcs. Potatoes will fall apart if cooked till done.
  2. Cut meat in 1-inch cubes. Can use a combination of all three meats. Cut up green peppers and prepare mushrooms. Cut onions into quarters. Small onions work well whole. Place the above on skewers.
