Directions

  1. Use at least 7 varieties of beans, great northern, navy, black, garbanzo, pinto, red beans, green split peas, lentils. Rinse beans, soak overnight. Drain and rinse very well in the morning. Now add in bone and rest of ingredients. Simmer till beans are tender.
  2. NOTE: It is very important to rinse beans thoroughly after soaking.
