Sesame - Sunflower Simplicity Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup sunflower seed shoots
  • 2 leaves kale leaves or Swiss chard leaves
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (2 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract)
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao powder (optional)
  • 1. Blend almond and water. (you can strain the almond milk, or keep pulp in smoothie)
