- 1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup sunflower seed shoots
- 2 leaves kale leaves or Swiss chard leaves
- 3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (2 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract)
- 2 Tablespoons cacao powder (optional)
- 1. Blend almond and water. (you can strain the almond milk, or keep pulp in smoothie)
