Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wash potatoes
  3. Cut in strips with crinkle cut tool or slice into medium wedges with a knife
  4. Dry potato slices and place in a mixing bowl
  5. In a separate bowl put oil and spices in and mix well
  6. Pour seasoned oil over potatoes and mix well with hands
  7. Place potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer
  8. Bake for 45 minutes
