Ingredients
- 24 med Fresh Shrimp Unpeeled
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp Warm Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Garlic Clove Chopped
- 4 lrg Sea Scallops Cut In Half
- 1 lrg Red Bell Pepper In 16 Pcs
- 8 slc Yellow Squash Cut In Half
- Â Â Vegetable Cooking Spray
Directions
- Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients (lemon juice through garlic) in a bowl; stir well. Add in shrimp and scallops, tossing gently to coat. Cover and marinate in marinade.
- Thread 3 shrimp, 1 scallop half, 2 bell pepper pcs, and 2 squash pcs, and 2 squash pcs alternately onto each of 8 skewers. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, and place rack on grill over medium warm coals. Place kebabs on grill rack, and cook 4 min on each side or possibly till shrimp and scallops are done, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
