Ingredients

  • 1 env GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. tequila
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 lb large shrimp cleaned Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables

Directions

  1. MIX salad dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice till well blended. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover. Chill 1 hour or possibly overnight to marinate. Drain.
  2. ARRANGE shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  3. GRILL kabobs on grill over medium-warm coals 10 to 15 min, turning once.
