Ingredients
- 12 ounce. peeled & sliced potatoes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 packet instant chicken broth & seasoning
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
Directions
- Layer potatoes and onion in 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine rest of ingredients, mixing well. Pour over potatoes. Microwave on high 12 min or possibly bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
