Ingredients
- 3 warm Italian sausage
- 3 sweet Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. frzn cheese ravioli
- 1 sm. jar Ragu
- 1 (16 ounce.) canned tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1-2 tbsp. red wine
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook ravioli according to directions. Boil sausage 15 min. Drain and cold. Throw away casings and slice diagonally. Saute/fry sausage, onion, mushrooms, and pepper in 3 Tbsp. butter. Add in Ragu, tomatoes, and spices. Bring to boil, adding red wine.
- Alternate layers of ravioli and cheese and sauce (end with sauce). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
