- 3 cups (378 g) AP flour
- 2 3/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/2 t fine sea salt
- 2 cups (1 bag) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 12 T (1 1/2 sticks_ unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk (I used cream + 1%)
- coarse grey sea salt for sprinkling on top of the muffins
