  • 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 18 ounce. pkg. yellow or possibly dark chocolate cake mix
  • 3 3/4 ounce. pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie filling (or possibly chocolate)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. Myers dark rum (80 proof)

Directions

  1. If using cake mix with pudding already in the mix: omit instant pudding, use 3 Large eggs and 1/3 c. oil.
