Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak, floured & browned
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
- On a large platter combine flour, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you might like.
- Roll the roast in the seasoned flour, making sure all sides are covered.
- In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil and brown the roast on all sides.
- Place meat in crock pot and add in the tomato soup and water.
- Cook for 5 hrs on low.
