  • (8 ounce) Phil. cream cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) Velveeta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • 1 lg. round seedless rye bread

Directions

  1. Heat cream cheese and Velveeta cheese in microwave 1-2 min on high (depending on microwave) for each cheese. (If you have no microwave, cut cheeses into cubes and blend in blender.) Blend the 2 cheeses together till smooth by adding beer gradually. Grate garlic and blend into mix. Cut center from rye bread and hollow out. Use the bread to dip into mix.
