Quick South Indian Shrimp Dish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2.) 2 Tbs of vegetable oil
  • When the oil is hot toss in
  • 3.) 1 1/4 cup of onion finely chopped
  • Cook it over a medium heat until the onion has turned soft and translucent. Then add:
  • 4.) 3 tsp of garlic or shallot paste
  • 5.) 3 tsp of ginger paste
  • 7.) 1 3/4 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 8.) 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
