Ingredients

  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 lb Baby carrots
  • 8 med Potato, washed
  • 1 box dry soup mix (two pkgs.)
  • 8 c. Water

Directions

  1. Fry the hamburger in the bottom of a large dutch oven. If lean grnd beef has been used, there will be no extra fat to throw away. Add in water and onion soup mix pkgs.. stir Add in baby carrots and cut potatoes into large pcs into the pot with a clean knife. Simmer till the potatoes are tender.
  2. Thicken the soup base with 4 Tbsp. of Wondra flour (pelletized flour)
  3. Serve warm
