Ingredients
- 2 pound lean hamburger
- 1 minced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6-8 peeled and cut up potatoes
- 1 can carrots, sliced and liquid removed
- 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Brown first 3 ingredients. Add in rest and simmer till potatoes are tender. Add in sufficient water for desired amount of juice.
